About
I’m an operator. I run T&S, the operating-layer practice for founder-led businesses.
I came up through banking: Mizuho International, Cantor Fitzgerald, J.P. Morgan, Glidepath Group. I learned operations the way most operators do, by being inside a small company that was running on five people and a stack of disconnected software.
T&S is what I wish had existed then.
I write here because most of what I’ve learned about running small companies isn’t in the books. It’s in the cadence: the meetings nobody chairs, the promises nobody owns, the dashboards nobody reads. The Notebook is field notes from that work.
