Five things, in order of where I spend my time.

Installs the operating layer into founder-led businesses. £1m to £10m revenue, five to twenty-five staff, held together by people rather than systems.

Most businesses at this size are debating whether to hire an Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, or fractional senior operator. The operating layer is the structure underneath every one of those roles. Install the structure first; hire the operator second, if at all.

We install it in thirty days. By day ninety the founder is no longer the bottleneck for decisions, delivery, or reporting.

    Layer installed

    Direction, cadence, ownership, systems, and reporting, in place and running.

    Founder unblocked

    No longer the bottleneck for decisions, delivery, or reporting.

The platform we’re building to support the operating layer. Currently in active development with Laith Wallace. Opinionated about how a small business should run: every promise has an owner and a date, every team member sees the same dashboard, five minutes a day to use.

Not yet generally available. When it ships, it will be bundled into T&S engagements rather than sold separately.
